Training in Carpentry is given to boys , especially school dropouts, in this institute. It was started in 1980 and all kinds of  household and office wooden furniture are manufactured as part of the training. Besides, job orders are taken for manufacturing furniture like tables, chairs, desks, benches, almirah etc.,. Hundreds of boys get rained here in carpentry and enable themselves to seek a job for their livelihood. Many have obtained jobs and have reached in good financial position in the society.
