Established in 1995 /2014   Little Flower Ashram at Sonaighuli in the Archdiocese of Guwahati in the north-eastern state of Assam was started in 1995. It continued as an ashram giving leadership in many religious-social-developmental activities in the area till 2004. In 2004, St. Joseph Region was formed including all the mission centres of the congregation and then this ashram became Regional House. The General Synaxis held in 2014  the congregation was divided into provinces and this house became the provincial house of  St. Joseph Province. Thus it became St. Joseph Provincial House.
