This house was started in 1981 as formation house for Junior Brothers who have taken Temporary Vows and are going for higher studies. It was known as CST Study House/ Juniorate till 2014.The General Synaxis held in 2014  the congregation was divided into provinces and this house became the provincial house of  Sacred Heart Province.
