This Ashram was established in 1974 and is under the jurisdiction of the Generalate. The Congregation has a vast area of agricultural land and rubber estate here. An ashram was started in this property in 1974.  The income from this land is used for the expense of the maintenance of the formation of candidates and other expenses of the Congregation.
